This service is great for busy, time-poor people who want a skilled buyer’s agent to provide a full search – settlement service. After we’ve prepared a property brief, we will narrow down our search to match your goals.

Upfront Engagement Fee: $1,500inc GST

Success fee: 3% inc GST of original contract price (paid upon settlement).
