The Queensland Real Estate Company
After many years of working with Ray White and LJ Hooker, Mr Ash Chawla founded Queensland Real Estate Company. Prior to getting into real estate, Ash worked as an Engineer and Project Manager in oil and gas industry.
The idea to launch a boutique real estate agency came from Ash having a bad experience with a real estate agency managing one of his investment properties. Like most agencies, this agency was a sales-based agency that was run by a principal that had a sales background and no hands-on experience in property management.
It was clear to Ash that there was a gap in the market that wasn’t being filled. Ash could see the value he could bring to landlords, sellers and buyers with his extensive background in project management, business management and customer service, so in 2016 Queensland Real Estate Company was launched.
